I contacted Leszan recently to make the arrangements for a disabled friend of mine to visit me in Wiltshire. I could not have found them more helpful and accommodating. The manager Mr George Cole provided an exceptional personalised service for my disabled friend, allowing him to travel with freedom in complete comfort and absolute dignity.

The vehicle was modern; comfortable for both the wheelchair user and able bodied passengers; and met all the appropriate health and safety requirements. Jim, our allocated driver was extremely personable, very knowledgeable about the local area, and highly professional. He went out of his way to give my disabled friend a great short break in Bath, including door to door travel from his home in the London area to his Hotel, along with a pre-booked day excursion to Stonehenge with additional stops at places of interest en route, all included.

Nothing seemed too much trouble for this company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My friend and I would not hesitate to use Leszan Travel in the future.

Just a note to thank you for making our trip from Gloucester to London
so easy. Your driver couldn't have done more for us to make it as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

Dear Mr Cole,

I am writing to thank you for your excellent service in providing wheelchair transport for my father in Devon on Saturday 2 August.

The vehicle was exactly right for the purpose and was able to carry my mother, two carers and my father in his wheelchair as well as stand-aid equipment. All the passengers were comfortable.

The driver Steve, was very professional. Access to the location can be difficult but he had taken the trouble to reconnoitre the area and thus arrived in good time on the day. He was helpful throughout and gave my mother and my father all the reassurance they needed.

In view of their positive experience, I am pleased to report that my mother and my father are now planning more trips and I hope they will be able to enjoy your services for many years ahead.
